Transparency Act reporting
On this page you can find direct links to Orkla Confectionery and Snacks AS reporting in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency act.
As a fully owned subsidiary by Orkla ASA, Orkla Confectionery and Snacks AS is covered by Orkla ASAs reporting, with a separate appendix (see links below). Orkla Confectionery and Snacks reporting should only be read in connection to reading the Orkla ASA reporting.
Further, our Norwegian subsidiary, Orkla Confectionery and Snacks Norge also reports in a separate appendix, and should be read in connection with Orkla ASA and Orkla Confectionery and Snacks AS reports.
